Cancelling keeps your access until the period ends

When you cancel your subscription you now keep full access, with your plan’s quota, until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. The dashboard shows the date your access ends. Cancelling only stops future charges. If you uninstall the app, access ends immediately.

ΓΕΜΗ on Your PDFs

Add your ΓΕΜΗ number in Settings and it appears with your company details at the top of your PDF documents. Your profession is now asked in the onboarding form, so there is nothing mandatory left to fill in afterwards. Your logo is larger and centered in the PDF header, and saving Settings now works for B2B shops without filling in the B2C alternative provider fields.

Correct Plan Quotas

Your dashboard now shows the submissions your plan includes — 30 (Starter), 60 (Professional) or 300 (Growth) per billing cycle — instead of 100 for every plan. Usage resets with each Shopify billing cycle, and upgrading mid-cycle still adds the new plan’s submissions on top of your current ones. As a thank-you for your patience, shops already subscribed before this update keep at least 100 submissions per billing cycle until 31 October 2026.

Subscription Status Fix

Fixed an issue where an active subscription could appear as inactive in the app and ask you to subscribe again. Your Shopify subscription was not interrupted and no extra charges were applied. If you approved the same plan again during this time, it simply replaced your existing subscription, so you were not charged twice.

Multiple Documents per Order, Third-Party Sales & Redesigned PDFs

An order can now carry several documents — a delivery note, a receipt, a later invoice, and cancellations of any of them. Each is listed with its own status badge and a menu to download the PDF or cancel it, and cancelling one never affects the others.

• New document types for consignment and agent sales: Sale on Behalf of Third Parties (1.4), Clearance of Third-Party Sales with your commission percentage (1.5), and Retail Receipt on Behalf of Third Parties (11.5). Cancelling a 1.4 or 11.5 issues the correct credit document automatically.
• “Sale” as a move purpose for standalone delivery notes, for merchants who issue the receipt or invoice elsewhere and only report the goods movement here.
• Notes on every document type.
• Redesigned PDFs: a clearer layout, your notes under Remarks, the customer’s real country, the applied VAT on every document, and an OSS/export notice on cross-border sales.
• Dashboard grouped by order: each order’s documents and events are nested by date instead of one flat list.
• Accurate status badges: a voided document now shows as Voided and its credit note as Active, and credit notes for OSS/export documents repeat the original scheme so AADE accepts them.

Accuracy & Reliability

The AADE VAT category for the 9%, 4% and 17% rates is corrected on new submissions. A retried or double-clicked cancellation can no longer issue a second credit note. A B2B customer’s details are no longer dropped when an order has no shipping address. PDFs no longer depend on an external font service — the font is bundled, with full Greek and Latin coverage.

B2B Invoicing & Move Purpose

Issue sales invoices to company customers, with or without a delivery note: the recipient’s VAT number is validated, and tax office, profession and reusable customer details are supported. For delivery documents, choose the move purpose — sale, consignment, return or free disposal — and the form only offers combinations myDATA accepts. Optional notes and the B2B details now appear on the PDF. Cancelling a B2B invoice issues a credit invoice, with a download link right on the order.

EU OSS & Non-EU Export

Sell across borders with the right VAT treatment. Enable EU OSS (One-Stop Shop) for B2C sales to other EU countries, or zero-rated export for destinations outside the EU, such as the US. The app checks the destination, warns you when a case is unclear so you can confirm, and submits the correct VAT exemption to myDATA. Greek domestic orders are unchanged.

Introduces the step-by-step onboarding wizard that all merchants complete before their first submission. Choose Your Payment Method

When submitting receipts, you can now select the actual payment method — Card, Cash, Web Banking, Bank Transfer, On Credit, or Other. Your PDFs will also show the correct method. All submissions are made through a certified Electronic Invoicing Provider, in full compliance with AADE requirements.
