Submission Statuses
Status Overview
Section titled “Status Overview”| Status | Badge | Meaning |

| Success | Green | Document accepted by AADE, MARK assigned |
| Failed | Red | Submission rejected — check error message |
| Cancelled | Yellow | Credit note issued against this document |
| Pending | Orange | AADE temporarily unavailable — document queued |
Success
Section titled “Success”Your document was accepted by AADE and a MARK number was assigned. This is your proof of submission. The document is now part of your official tax records.
What you get:
- Unique MARK registration number
- QR code for verification
- Downloadable PDF
Failed
Section titled “Failed”The submission was rejected. Common reasons:

| Invalid VAT number | Check your settings — ensure ΑΦΜ is correct |
| Missing required fields | Ensure all company details are filled in |
| Invalid document data | Check the order has products with prices |
| Provider not authorized | Complete the TaxisNet authorization step |
Cancelled
Section titled “Cancelled”A credit note was issued against this document, effectively voiding it. The original MARK is still valid but marked as cancelled in AADE’s system.
Pending
Section titled “Pending”AADE’s systems are temporarily unavailable. Your document was accepted by the provider and is queued for automatic delivery.
What you’ll see:
- Status: Pending (Εκκρεμεί)
- MARK: 0 (temporary)
No action required. The document will be submitted automatically once AADE is back online (usually within minutes to hours). The status will update to “Success” and you’ll receive the real MARK number.
