What’s Included in Each PDF
Section titled “What’s Included in Each PDF”For every successful submission, you can download a branded PDF that includes:
- Your company logo and details
- Customer information and delivery address
- Product line items (name, quantity, price)
- AADE MARK number
- Official QR code for verification
- Payment method
- Submission timestamp
Downloading PDFs
Section titled “Downloading PDFs”PDFs can be downloaded from:
- Directly after submitting — a download link appears in the confirmation
- Submission History — click the PDF icon next to any successful submission
Customizing Your PDFs
Section titled “Customizing Your PDFs”Company Logo
Section titled “Company Logo”Add your company logo URL in Settings. It will appear at the top of every generated PDF.
Company Details
Section titled “Company Details”The following information appears on your PDFs:
- Company name (Επωνυμία)
- VAT number (ΑΦΜ)
- Address, City, Postal Code
- Phone & Email (if provided)
- Profession (if provided)
- Tax Office (if provided)
QR Code Verification
Section titled “QR Code Verification”Each PDF contains an official QR code that links to AADE’s verification page. Anyone who scans the code can verify the document’s authenticity and confirm it was properly registered with the tax authority.
