| Order number | Shopify order reference |
| Customer name | Recipient of the document |
| Document type | Receipt, Delivery Note, or Credit Note |
| Status | Success, Failed, Cancelled, Pending |
| MARK number | Unique AADE registration number |
| Date & time | When the submission was made |
| Download link for the generated document |
Submission Statuses
Section titled “Submission Statuses”| Status | Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Success | Green | Document accepted by AADE, MARK assigned |
| Failed | Red | Submission rejected — check the error message |
| Cancelled | Yellow | Credit note issued against this document |
| Pending | Orange | AADE temporarily unavailable — queued for auto-delivery |
